| Size | We offer a range of industry graded sizing from XS to 3XL. These are based on internationally accepted standards from countries around the world including Australia, USA and the United Kingdom. If required we can work with you to produce a customized size range/chart. |
| Fabric | Our primary fabrics that we work are repreve fabrics (made from recycled plastics) but we can work with any fabric that you require. Please just let us know or send us an email to ask. We can also help source customized fabrics if you require this. |
| Printing | Our primary printing technique is a method called sublimation. This involves transferring ink from a printed image on paper to your custom fabric through the use of heat. The ink used in this process is environmentally friendly and is sourced from both Italy and South Korea. We can also source custom dyed fabrics for solid colours at your request. |
| Packaging | We provide all your finished pieces in a clear polybag. You are able to customise this to your requirements including: deciding the polybag dimensions and/or printing your brand's logo on the polybag. We will affix a size label and any other care tags you may require to your finished pieces and fold them neatly inside the polybag before shipping them to you so that they are ready to be sent to your customers. We can help you source your own packaging and custom tags, or you can provide them to us. |

| Sample Time | Making samples requires a small amount of time. Please allow approximately 15 working days for us to complete your samples once you have finalised your designs and sent them to us. Should you require an extensive amount of samples, this might be increased by a few days. If you finalise an order with us for a particular design, we can refund/credit you half the cost of that specific design's sample fee. |
| Delivery Time | We can deliver your products/samples in approximately three to five working days using DHL Priority International. This is a trackable service and we will send you your tracking details once we have dispatched your parcel. |
| MOQ | Our MOQ is 50 pieces or bikini sets per design/print/color. In that 50 pieces you may only have 3 sizes or less, for example 20 Small, 20 Medium and 10 Large. This combination of sizes can be adjusted to your choosing. A fourth size variant would be available if a larger order was placed of approximately 80 pieces or bikini sets. |
| Design & Service | We will need you to send us your designs including prints and styles. We have our own designers which can help create a unique and creative design should you require those services. We can custom make your designs or provide private labelling services. |
| Pricing | Our estimated cost per bikini set is $10 to $18 USD, but the final fee will be based on the design requirements you submit. If you place a larger order upfront we can discuss discounts. Once your order volume and price per piece have been agreed upon and finalised, the price invoiced will not change unless amendments are made by you. |

2. What sizing charts and standards are available?
We offer industry-graded sizes from XS to 3XL, compliant with recognized sizing standards across the US, the UK, and Australia. We are also happy to produce customized size charts according to your exact specifications.
3. What materials and printing technologies do you utilize?
We primarily use eco-friendly Repreve fabrics crafted from recycled plastic bottles, along with custom-dyed fabrics upon request. For prints, we employ heat-transfer sublimation using eco-certified inks sourced directly from Italy and South Korea.
4. What is the turnaround time for samples and final delivery?
Sample production takes approximately 15 working days following design confirmation. If you proceed with a bulk production order for that design, 50% of the sample fee is credited back. International shipping via DHL Priority International takes about 3 to 5 business days with full online tracking.
5. Can you provide custom packaging and private labelling?
Yes. Every piece comes folded in a clear polybag, with size tags and care labels attached. You can customize polybag sizing, print custom brand logos, and provide your own customized tags or packaging, which we will handle for you.
6. What are the payment terms and estimated unit prices?
Estimated pricing ranges between $10 to $18 USD per bikini set depending on technical design details, with volume discounts available. Standard payment terms require a 50% upfront deposit and the final 50% balance before dispatch, payable via Alibaba Pay or standard bank transfer.
